Shapes are produced on a hydraulic/pneumatic press. Preformed not cast, which makes for a more dense, solid shape.
Shapes are pre-dried, and need no on site oven dry out prior to production.
Shapes are manufactured in the USA using domestic made refractory.
SPI is a "one stop" shop, from design to tooling to production of shapes, all is performed internally.
When you contact SPI, we are the manufacturer not a distributor or sales office. This makes for less customer headaches/concerns for timely delivery of product.
